Thanks for shopping at The Crafted Heart! Because each of our items is handmade with care, please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Please note that custom, personalized, and made-to-order items (including custom canvas orders and personalized engraved pieces) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't guarantee we'll receive your returned item.
